With regard to all colorings performed on Pathological Dissecting, including immunohistochemical, the Client wishes to conclude a contract for a period of 7 years for the provision of devices for immunhistochemical colorings, including reagents and consumables and including maintenance contract.

The devices will be made available for a duration of 7 years.

The quantities to be supplied in globo or per individual assignment depend on the future needs of the client and can therefore not be determined at present. The specified volumes in the measurement statement are volumes based on annual consumption in 2017. The client does not guarantee a minimum purchase or exclusivity.

The client wishes to receive specifications of the products offered on the basis of documentation, leafleds, product sheets, etc.
