Construction of a platform of 12 cells named F7 in the Dairy and Poultry Products sector in the Rungis International Market, it is located on the Avenue de la Gastronomie (Avenue des Charentes).
Building F7 is a multi-activity building divided into 3 levels:
• The ground floor is composed of 4 cells of about 625 m² in sales activities of type "cash and carry" with for each cell, mezzanine offices of about 200 m². It will be accessible by LCV and PL
• The R+1 comprises 4 cells of approximately 560 m², with 100 m² of office space for each cell. It will be accessible by LCV (3.5 T vehicle, via a platform (platforms with automatic doors and mini leveler) and PL via lift from the ground floor
• The R+2 is composed of 4 cells of approximately 500 m², with 240 m² of office space for each cell. It operates only by freight elevator from the lower levels.
Two vertical circulation blocks will serve each level of the building.
