The tender concerns delivery and support of Vagtcentral-system (software) for Midtjysk Fire & Rescue (MJBR), Horsens Municipality - Service & Emergency Management (S&B) and North Zealand Fire Department (NSBV). All three emergency services want a modern call centre platform that will be able to receive fire alarms, but also all the other alarms that are handled in the call centres.
In addition, the platform must be able to handle the disposition of firefighters and vehicles as well as other resources that may be sent to a given event/task.
Other alarms may be (but are not limited to) emergency calls from weak citizens, burglar alarms, elevator alarms, technical alarms and other things processed in the security center.
The service also includes ongoing support of the call center system, which is handled by "help-desk" (phone, mail, website/web portal) by second-line support for the emergency services' technicians. The emergency services themselves provide first-line support for the operators.
The invitation to tender shall be conducted as a negotiated procedure, cf. Annex II.The Public Procurement Act, LBK no. 10 of 06/01/2023 , which means that all interested bidders can submit an application to participate in the tender. The contracting entity will pre-qualify 5 candidates, who will be invited to submit tenders.
