Description:

NAV invites tenderers to an open tender competition regarding person lifts. The tender will include person lifts, accessories, spare parts and services. The competition is divided into several items (independent competitions). The tenderer can select to submit tender offers for 1 or more items.

Contracts will be signed for each sub-competition with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs. There can, therefore, be variations from item to item regarding whether a Framework Agreement will be signed with one tenderer, or whether parallel Framework Agreements will be signed.

The contract period is 2 years from contract signing. The Contracting Authority has an option to extend all or parts of the Agreement multiple times in a period of up to 2 years.
