The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on the delivery of filters and V-belts for ventilation installations as well as belts for heat recovery units. The value of the procurement is estimated to be approx. 1 700 000 NOK per annum. The amount is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. Purchase of filters is the largest portion of the request, V-belts and heat recovery units are only a minor portion.

Filter directory

Within a year of signing the contract, the tenderer will have prepared a complete filter directory with an overview of filter types, V-belts and heat recovery units with size, type and number for the individual building and construction. One file directory shall be prepared for county municipal buildings as well as one for each of the affiliated municipalities and other entities. The file directories shall be updated annually and finally three months before the expiry of the contract. The file directory from the current tenderer will be available for the new tenderer. It is sufficient for the filter directories to be delivered electronically (spreadsheets). The file directories will be the property of Sør-Trøndelag fylkeskommune and the tenderer is obliged to make the file directories available to a new tenderer after the agreement period expires.

The tenderer shall confirm in the tender letter that they can develop a file directory such as that requested by the Contracting Authority, within the deadlines set above.
