The Directorate of Public Construction and Property requests tender offers on the following:

Framework agreements on the operation and maintenance of lifts at Statbygg's properties in region South. A total of 2 framework agreements shall be entered into in accordance with the following geographical division:

1) The Agder counties.

2) Telemark, Vestfold and Buskerud counties.

The tenderers shall fill in the areas subject to tender in 2.0 the tender form, as well as fill in the relevant area stated in the point 2.1; an overview of lifts with prices thereof.

Tenderers can submit a tender for one or both areas. The areas will be evaluated separately. Independent tenders shall be submitted for each of the agreement areas.

The general objective of this agreement is to ensure operational stability through preventative work on our lifts, i.e. the shortest possible downtime and fewest possible stoppages.
