Market description:

The object of this contract is 1 service contract relating to the management and salary administration of all the staff and administrators of the BEP and the intermunicipal companies that it manages BEP environment, BEP expansion, BEP crematorium and Idefin. Collaboration must focus on 1 "full service" in terms of social secretariat.

As of the date of writing these specifications, the number of employees under contract is 440 and the number of administrators is 136. The breakdown of the number of staff by intermunicipal association is detailed in the technical prescriptions.

However, the number of employees and administrators will fluctuate as the contract is executed.

Complementary tasks directly linked to the execution of this contract may be added or withdrawn during the execution of the contract.

Description of services:

The provision of services consists of:

1) at the start of the market: implementation of software allowing the transfer of the information necessary for payroll, configuration of data transfer, resumption of signage history and contractual, salary data, ... carrying out tests of pay and training of HR managers;

2) management of employee salaries and directors' fees;

3) drawing up administrative documents;

4) legal assistance: specific legal support in matters of social and tax legislation, provision of documentation on the internet, provision of document templates, provision of general guides and social and tax news.

The service provider assumes full responsibility for errors and failures in the services performed, in particular in studies, calculations or any other documents produced by him in execution of the contract.
