2-3 framework agreements are to be concluded. The necessary on-call duty in the rolling system is to be divided among several framework contract partners and thus the operating time is to be limited to 14 days or monthly alternately.

The selection of the framework contract partners is carried out via the evaluation matrix, which is attached as a document. As a result, there is a ranking according to the points system of the evaluation matrix. Framework agreements are then concluded in the order in which the desired number of framework contract partners are concluded.
