Medway Council wish to appoint an experienced and professional contractor to undertake asbestos surveying works for residential and common areas across the general needs stock as and when they arise.

The Contract will be for an Initial 4 year period with the option to extend for two further 4 year periods to a full contract term of 12 years. The initial 4 year term period runs from 1st September 2024 and ends 31st August 2028. Consequently the full 12 year terms would end 31st August 2036.
