1) planned replacement / installation of hot water meters - about 23 000 units;

2) planned average number of replaceable / installed meters per month - about 2 000 units;

3) the customer does not undertake to purchase all the expected goods and services. The scope of goods and services may change depending on the customer's needs;

4) the contract is concluded for one year, with the possibility to extend the contract twice after 12 (twelve) months. The term of the contract shall not exceed 3 (three) years.
