The Municipal Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities Oslo would like to enter into a framework agreement with 3-6 consultancy companies for services for reviewing, engineering design and advice for culture and sports projects.

The contracting authority's project portfolio consists, amongst other things, of constructing/altering cultural and sports buildings such as museums, libraries, swimming pools, ice rinks and multi-purpose halls and outdoor facilities, as well as renovating and maintaining them.

The assignments are of varying sizes and character and there is, therefore, a need for different competence and resource use.

The contracting authority reserves the right to announce competitions for assignments that require expertise or for turnkey contracts.

The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years with an option for 1+1 year and it is estimated to have a value of approx. 20 x 4 = 80 000 000 NOK including options. The estimate is not binding for the contracting authority as the extent will depend on the annual budgets and political priorities.
