SSHF is located at 3 different hospitals and there is a need for a monitoring unit at each location with different numbers of blood culture cabinets associated with these.
It is desirable to have quick detection of positive tests with short turnaround from test taking until the results can be given to the requisitioner. The system must be operationally reliable, flexible and easy to use. The system must be connected to the network and have the possibility for central monitoring, and it must be able to communicate with the laboratory information system (LIS) Communication functions for other diagnostic apparatus are also requested. The tenderer must offer culture media for the different types of microbes.
The price sheet contains a description of the current cultivation media engaged in our routines. It may be relevant to replace the current blood culture bottles without additives that neutralize antimicrobial agents with bottles containing such agents.
A separate procurement agreement shall be signed for the delivery of instruments, and a separate framework agreement shall be signed for the delivery consumables for the instruments.
