The construction project involves the renovation of a listed building in the city center of Munich. The renovation is divided into several construction phases.

The construction task described below is mainly the static renovation of an existing reinforced concrete ceiling.

The execution must be carried out in close coordination with the architectural construction management and the structural engineer.

Core quantities:

Approx. 370 m 2 Blanket BA1 = women's changing room, sauna, hall and side rooms:

Preparatory work:

- 30 m 3 Demolition of the masonry with subsequent rebuilding;

- Demolition work / sawing work on the base plate such as a 60 m slot for underground pipes with subsequent closure;

- Demolition 3 x STB supports;

- Knocking off hollow spaces.

Concrete work:

- New construction of 3 columns and reinforcement of 9 existing columns by sheathing with reinforced concrete;

- Sandblasting, reinforcement & application of 370 m 2 Ceiling and 160 m beams.

Approx. 355 m 2 Ceiling BA2 = boxing hall - masses of BA 2 is comparable to BA 1 of the women's locker room

BA1 - Ladies' changing room - September / October 2020 to 4.6.2021 BA2 - Boxing - 1.8.21 to 20.12.2021.
