The framework agreement concerns the supply of paints of single-component finishes of acrylic chemistry, single-component finishes of alkyd silicone chemistry and associated thinners, used for routine maintenance work of ships of the French Navy, by the on-board personnel. Packaging will have to be small in view of the limited storage capacities on board ships. Supplies are delivered in metropolitan France and overseas.

This notice concerns a defence or security contract.

The framework agreement is single-awarding purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Order Code.

The market is renewable 1 time.

Chosen procedure:

It is passed according to a procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-11 of the Public Order Code.

Description of the supply or services:

The proposed paints must have a RAE (Recognition of Suitability for Use) from the DGA (Direction Générale de l'Armement) or an ACQPA certification (Association for the Certification and Qualification of Anti-Corrosion Paints) at the time of submission of the tender and during the entire duration of the contract.

The execution is done mainly through the device of the purchase card (CA3). Written purchase orders may be notified for overseas deliveries.
