This contract notice concerns the performance of the guarding services of the Nano-INNOV site.

The contract will be concluded for 2 years firm and 1 year optional. This contract notice relates to the application phase in a restricted tender procedure.

The services to be carried out concern a fenced site on which are located 3 buildings of 9000 m 2 each, housing scientific activities.

These buildings are designed identically and include laboratories, offices, conference rooms, technical rooms and underground parking.

They are located 500 m west of the Polytechnic School on the Saclay plateau (91).

The services concern:

Guarding the site 24/24 hours, 7/7 days, including:

- permanent control of access to the site from the guardhouse in working hours,

- permanent control of the site 24/24 hours, 7/7 days from the security PC,

The realization of permanences to the PCS day and night,

The management and animation of the PC Security 24/24 hours, 7/7 days including:

- the management of fire alarms (Fire Safety System category A),

- intrusion alarm management,

- management of technical alarms (Building Technical Management: air conditioning alarms, intrusion alarms, water leak alarms, etc.),

- the management of video surveillance,

Assistance to people and rescue to victim,

Reception and accompaniment of help,

Participation in safety drills,

Rounds, fire permits, construction sites and techniques in HO (working hours),

Rounds in HNO (no hours worked),

Accompaniment of the technical penalty in HNO (non-crafted hours),

Management of access to so-called "sensitive" premises,

The management of visitor badges leaving the site after the end of the reception service,

Various interventions (implementation of the technical penalty following the finding of a significant technical defect, management of the keys of the service cars in the absence of the reception service, etc.),

The creation and modification of Nano-INNOV badges via the dedicated software,

The establishment, on request, of additional security operations or pedestrian access controls and / or vehicles, for example in the context of securing a building site or an exceptional event,

An incoming reversibility period of 10 working days before the assumption of the installations, for the whole of the perimeter of the market (in option).

An outgoing reversibility period of 10 business days in the last month of the market, for the entire market perimeter (optional).
