For the renovation of the Friedrich List School (FLS) 44 classrooms have to be outsourced. 16 of these can be accommodated on the top floor and 6 on the first floor in the former rooms of the HfG archive. For this, safety-relevant measures / upgrading of the technical systems as well as the energetic renovation of the building must be carried out. The rest of the building can be successively refurbished after the school has moved in.

From September 2021, the Friedrich List School will move into the premises on the 3rd floor and 1st floor in the north wing on an interim basis. For this purpose, the existing monument-protected box windows made of steel profiles have to be renovated. The outer pane of glass is replaced by solar control glass. In addition, the main part of the order is the lubrication and activation of the window mechanics, the replacement of damaged accessories such as reversing levers or window handles and the creation of the glass rebate ventilation. Before the new sun protection glasses are installed, the windows are sanded and painted by a painting company. The painting work is a separate order and is advertised separately.
