The object of the contract concerns the assignment of the service for the management of urban waste (collection, transport, recovery and disposal) as defined by art. 184 paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. n. 152/2006 and subsequent amendments, as well as other services analytically described in the Special Conditions.

The following services are covered by this contract:

• the home collection service of the dry fraction of urban waste, transport and delivery to the authorized provincial plant of Montanaso Lombardo;

• the service of separate collection at home of the wet fraction of urban waste, transport and delivery to suitable authorized plants;

• The home collection service, in separate form of PAPER AND CARDBOARD, transport and delivery to suitable authorized plants;

• The home collection service, in differentiated form of PLASTIC, transport and delivery to suitable authorized plants;

• The home collection service, in differentiated form, of GLASS + JARS packaging (in aluminum, steel or tinplate), transport and delivery to suitable authorized plants;

• The home collection service of bulky material (the so-called BULKY and WEEE) by reservation and transport to the destination plant;

• The home collection service, in a differentiated form of GREEN (grass, leaves and twigs) in the period March-November, transport and delivery to suitable authorized plants;

• The home collection service of diapers/diapers, transport and delivery to suitable authorized facilities;

• The selective collection service by means of suitable containers of expired medicines, the transport of the collected material, its delivery to a suitable authorized plant and the cost of disposal of the collected material.

COLLECTION CENTER:

• the setting up of the municipal ecological pitch; the supply of suitable bins; the transport of the collected material and its delivery to suitable plants;

• the supervision/management/ordinary maintenance of the Collection Centre;

WASTE BIN EMPTYING SERVICE

• Emptying, on a daily basis, of waste bins installed in public areas or areas for public use.
