The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into a framework agreement with a distributor for the delivery of Microsoft licences and services as well as ongoing consultancy and support related to the optimal composition of these licences and services.

The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into a framework agreement with a distributor for the delivery of Microsoft licences and services as well as ongoing consultancy and support related to the optimal composition of these licences and services. The agreement includes:

- Purchase and hire of licences and services from Microsoft, i.e. Enterprise Agreement and cloud services

- The procurement of Support and maintenance of the above listed

- Support for review and signing of new contracts with Microsoft

- Assistance with licence revisions

- Assist in keeping Finanstilsynet (the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) updated in relation to Microsoft's development of their roadmap for the products relevant for Supervisory Authority.
