The client, Wohnungswirtschaft Leuna GmbH, realizes the extensive reconstruction of the building complex "Alte Post" in Leuna, Walter-Bauer-Bauer-Straße 23-29, Friedensstraße 26. This complex, including the outdoor facilities, is located in the area of a designated area monument of the city of Leuna.
Parallel to the road, civil engineering and development work, the conversion and expansion on the building construction side is taking place. In the course of the overall design, with integrated extension through terraces and balconies, the southern outdoor facilities will be renewed. In the area of the eastern gable side (Friedensstraße), the already renewed surface fortifications are to be accommodated, which are to be restored after the laying of the supply and disposal lines. Due to the construction process for the building construction work, a development to be carried out in partial areas is necessary in order not to cause a standstill on site and to ensure the freedom of construction for all trades (change between Friedensstraße and Grundstücksstraße).
