The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for waste containers. The tender contest will be carried out as a co-operation and eight (8) contracts will be signed, one for each municipality and one for IVAR Ryfylke.

The following will be included in the contract:

— 25-35 litre containers with lid,

— 80 litre containers and lids,

— 140 litre containers and lids,

— 240 litre containers and lids,

— 390 litre containers and lids (possibly 360 litre containers),

— 660 litre containers and lids.

Approx. 7.5 % of the containers are coloured, the rest have a black containers with various lid colours.

In addition, there are options for gravitation locks, reflector, delivery to several locations and imprinting more than what is standard.

The contracting authority will mainly order complete containers with lids. It is split up to be able to take variations in the combinations between municipalities into consideration.
