The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of municipalities and their organizational units and other entities belonging to the purchasing group in the period from 1/1/2019 to 31/12/2021.

The material scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to the ToR), including the location and description of the electricity consumption points and the contract template (Annex 3 to the ToR) together with Annex 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract ) and No. 2 (power of attorney), which are an integral part of this ToR.

4. This contract does not include electricity distribution services.
