Extent

The customer intends to procure dishwasher detergents, kitchen cleaners and desiccants for successive call-offs during the contract period, as well as service and function control of dosing equipment. In addition to the supply of dishwasher detergents, kitchen cleaners and desiccants, the assignment also includes the provision of dosing equipment, training, service and emergency service. Read more in the section Requirements specification below.

The total number of dishwashers to which the assignment relates is approximately 200. See attached lists in Annex 4. Lists where each municipality/association of machines is reported. In Annex 4. Lists also include the degree of hardness, dH, of municipal water as an information. The number of dishwashers may change during the contract period. If dishwashers are added, the same conditions shall also apply to these items by virtue of the applicable framework agreement.

It is the responsibility of the supplier to obtain knowledge of the objects prior to tendering. The presumed supplier will therefore not be able to invoke circumstances that they should have discovered or noticed if they chose to investigate this.

The customer estimates the total purchase volume per year to SEK 2.5 million. The ceiling volume for framework agreements is SEK 12 million for the total contract period. The framework agreement shall expire if the quantity claimed exceeds the ceiling amount. However, the framework agreement remains applicable to completed or ongoing call-offs.

Volumes shown in Annex 3. The tender price list is based on available statistics from the current supplier. The information should only be seen as a guide and will be used for evaluation of tenders, but does not bind the purchaser to a certain purchase volume.

However, the customer does not undertake to call off a certain quantity, but the assumed supplier is obliged to supply the customer's real needs.
