The Ministry for Foreign Affairs is requesting tenders on consultancy services for implementation of ‘The Southern African Innovation Support Programme’, Phase 2, (SAIS 2).

The Contracting Authority is contracting consultancy services to provide Technical Assistance services for implementation of the Southern African Support Programme in Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Tanzania and Zambia. The Programme Management Office will be located in Windhoek, Namibia.
