The call for tenders applies to the construction of a new Refstad school in Økern, Torgvei 40, Oslo.

The new school must be constructed in the terrain with a ground schoolyard and a roof schoolyard. The school, a four parallel the primary level school, has an area of approx. 10 700 m2 in two floors. The school shall not include areas for physical education.

The vegetation at the school site shall be preserved. See ‘marksikringsplan’ (‘the terrain preserving plan’).

The school must be completed by November 2023.
