Service contract for a Statutory Risk Insurance benefit for communities and affiliated institutions not affiliated with the Management Center
The Management Center of the Territorial Public Service of Meurthe-et-Moselle, represented by its President, conducts the present consultation with a view to taking out insurance contracts guaranteeing the financial risks related to the statutory social protection of local authority staff. public establishments of the department, pursuant to Article 26 of Law No o 84-53 of 26.1.1984 amending the statutory provisions relating to the territorial public service and decree no o 86-552 of 14.3.1986.
The adhesion to these contracts is proposed to local authorities and public institutions of Meurthe-et-Moselle affiliated or not to the Management Center.
