Banedanmark, DOT and Sund og Bælt offer three (3) sub-agreements (framework agreements) concerning advice and assistance to traffic information. The sub-agreements include partial services for advice and assistance with traffic information; 1) Design of information systems (incl. electricity), 2) Technical supervision & RFC, 3) Accounting and documentation tasks, 4) CSM assistance & clarification of authorities, 5) Review, 6) Assistance with tenders and 7) Test, data generation and technical advice. The tenderer must bid for all 3 lots, as all three lots will be awarded to the same consultant. The sub-agreements are independent of each other, which is why, for example, ordering for the framework agreements and extending the duration of the individual agreements will be individual for the individual sub-agreements.

The sub-agreement is independent of the other two sub-agreements. The sub-agreement gives Banedanmark the opportunity, but not the obligation, to order the partial services described in the requirements specification on an ongoing basis. Banedanmark does not commit to a minimum deduction on the subcontract. Banedanmark can draw on the sub-agreement as needed, which is why calls on the sub-agreement may vary in size and scope.
