The property is located in the east of the city of Weil am Rhein, south of the Vitra site.

On a partially 2-storey underground car park are 4 buildings, with the houses 3 and 4 are subject of this call for tenders from the ground floor. Underground floors and houses 1 and 2 are currently under construction.

In the ground floor zone there are commercial and social facilities, on the upper floors there are 50 apartments.

The maximum ground plan dimensions are approx. 140 mx 50 m, whereby the individual buildings have the following dimensions:
