1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of basic chemical reagents and filtration materials to UMCS in Lublin. The item of the order will be delivered in batches (in the form of unit orders) within a maximum of 5 working days after the request is notified by the Ordering Party by email.

2. The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor shall ensure the proper quality and minimum 50% shelf life of the products supplied in relation to the maximum shelf life specified for the product concerned.

3. A detailed description of the item of the order is set out in the Annex to the SWZ.
