The purpose of this contract, under a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition, is to supply unleaded 95 E 10 gasoline for motor vehicles, in accordance with standards NBN EN 228 - motor fuel - petrol 95 E 10 (Royal Decree of 18.10 .2001), low sulfur content, as described in the technical clauses of these specifications.

The contract governs the supplies for a period of 4 years, starting on 17.2.2020 and ending on 16.2.2024. The quantity of gasoline to be delivered for this period is estimated at 1 250 000 l.

The overall quantity to be supplied, indicated above, is approximate and is meant for deliveries by tanker of capacity to be agreed, in 2 deposits of the TEC, on the dates fixed by him, following confirmatory orders addressed by telephone or fax to the as and when needed.

The terms of delivery are detailed in the technical clauses of these specifications.
