Taking meadows in Natura 2000 Średzka Struga Valley PLH300057

Part I — shaking meadows in Natura 2000 Średzka Struga Valley PLH300057

1. The item of the order includes a one-time impuration of two lobes of shaking meadows in the Natura 2000 Średzka Struga Valley PLH300057 with the removal of biomass:

(a) area I (0,43 hectares) located on the register plots no. 32 and 33/1 within Koszuty, Gmina Środa Wielkopolska, Średzki County, Greater Poland Voivodeship;

(b) area II (1,36 hectares) located on the register plots no. 21, 22, 23, 24/1, 25/1 within Koszuty, Gmina Środa Wielkopolska, Średzki County, Greater Poland Voivodeship.

2. The detailed location of the areas covered by the order shall be shown by the map set out in Annex 1 to the OPZ. The surfaces designed for damping are approximately 200 m apart.

3. Specific conditions for implementation of the order:

(b) With the use of mechanical equipment, soil destruction, excessive fragmentation of organic matter and ruts can not be allowed. The Contracting Authority will not indicate the parameters characterizing the permissible maximum pressure of mechanical equipment authorised for the execution of the order. The contractor uses mechanical equipment on his own responsibility. The subject of the order is carried out in the lobe of the natural habitat under protection for the Natura 2000 Średzka Struga PLH300057 area, within which the sites of species covered by strict and partial species protection are located.

(c) The mown biomass together with the arrears of warrior should be collected within 7 days of the time of decoation at the latest, exported beyond the lobes of the habitat and homestead, however, without the possibility of placing it on the market. The mowed biomass should be collected very thoroughly, without leaving any residue at the mowing site. Particular attention should be paid to the collection of the arrears warrior along with a swath.

d) The lobes of the natural habitat are located at small mineral elevations, so they are characterized by low levels of humidity. Only places are lowered terrain, where only with intense rainfall can water stagnate temporarily. Access to both surfaces is possible by dirt roads.

Other information:

1. Any damage caused outside the nature reserves, in particular on the contiguous land after which the Contractor will move, shall be personally responsible.

2. The Contractor is obliged to carry out work in a way that prevents soil, vegetation and water from harmful substances — fuel, oils, etc.

3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out the performance of the subject of the contract, including field checks.

4. Specific conditions for implementation of the order:

(a) Mowing includes lobes of tipped turf with fragments of loose sand that overgrow tree and shrub plovers, particularly aspen poplars after earlier removal of adult copies of the species. Tree seeding (mainly pine) and poplar restrates are a maximum of 5 years. Self-housing is characterized by small growth and small compaction due to poor habitat. Aspens poplar deferrals can reach sizable sizes (more than 2 meters) and significant compaction).

b) Mowing should be done at a height of 10 to 15 cm above the ground surface. Vegetation should be sewn manually or with light equipment. The use of a rotary mower is allowed. Within the lobe of the habitat, there are remnants of previously cut trees (stumps). Some of the stumps have already decayed considerably.

(c) The mown biomass should be collected, exported beyond the lobes of natural habitat and homesteaded in its own right, however, without being able to market it on the market. The mowed biomass should be collected very thoroughly, without leaving any residue at the mowing site.

(d) With the use of mechanical equipment, soil destruction, excessive fragmentation of organic matter and ruts can not be allowed. The Contracting Authority will not indicate the parameters characterizing the permissible maximum pressure of mechanical equipment authorised for the execution of the order. The contractor uses mechanical equipment on his own responsibility. The subject of the order is carried out in the lobe of natural habitats under protection for Natura 2000 Ostoja Nadwarciańska PLH300009, within which the sites of species covered by strict and partial species protection are located.

e) Access to individual lobes of natural habitats is possible by dirt roads through the dune-growing forest. For some fragments covered by the order, it is necessary to move on loose sand, the flesh of which exceeds a meter.

(f) When exporting biomass, the contracting authority permits the possibility of using lightweight mechanical equipment, however, when applying it, soil (both covered by vegetation and loose sand) can not be allowed to be destroyed. The Contracting Authority will not indicate the parameters characterizing the permissible maximum pressure of mechanical equipment authorised for the execution of the order. The contractor uses mechanical equipment on his own responsibility. Implementation of the object of the order takes place in the lobes of natural habitats 2330 Inland Dunes with termed turf (Corynephorus, Agrostis) and 6120 Warm, inland tipped turf (Koelerion glaucae), protected in Natura 2000 Ostoja Nadwarciańska PLH 300009, within which the sites of species covered by strict and partial species protection are located.
