The object of this contract is to conclude a framework agreement with several economic operators according to an open procedure as regulated by article 22 LMP. The maximum number of basic climate advisers covered by a framework agreement is limited to 34. The maximum number of specialized “circular economy” climate advisers covered by a framework agreement is limited to twelve. The maximum number of specialized “energy renovation” climate advisers covered by a framework agreement is limited to twelve. The framework agreement will give rise to the allocation of subsequent specific missions without reopening of competition according to the objective conditions set in the framework agreement forming an integral part of these specifications, in accordance with Article 22 (4) a) LMP. However, the framework agreement does not give any right to the conclusion of such a subsequent specific assignment.
