The Service Provider will be in charge of:

* For direct loading sites (lot 1): pick-up, waiting during loading of the alternative moving bottom trailer or sheeted trailer by the operator of the site concerned, and weighing of waste

* For the transfer of household biowaste: provision of airtight boxes for a variable period of time and in sufficient number as well as weighing of waste during the exchange of the container.

* Common to all flows: transport to the Givrand platform or the agricultural parcels indicated by Trivalis, weighing and unloading on the Givrand platform or the agricultural parcels indicated by Trivalis, coordination of inputs and evacuations and establishment and delivery to Trivalis, documents that allow the monitoring of transport and disposal operations (weighing tickets, statements...) in accordance with the regulations in force

the holder will be responsible for: - the taking charge or waiting during loading by the operator of the site concerned and the weighing of composts - the transport of these composts to agricultural plots for recovery - the unloading of these composts on agricultural plots - the establishment and delivery to Trivalis, of documents that allow the monitoring of transport and unloading operations (weighing tickets, statement...) in accordance with the regulations in force

the holder will be responsible for: - the supply and provision of watertight caissons (household biowaste) on the transfer centre proposed by the holder - the transport of household biowaste to the treatment unit or recovery site indicated by Trivalis - the unloading of household biowaste to the treatment unit or recovery site indicated by Trivalis - the establishment and delivery to Trivalis, documents that allow the monitoring of transport and unloading operations (weighing tickets, reading, etc.) in accordance with the regulations in force
