Description:
Delivery of operating occupancy for a period of 12 months

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of surgical coverings for the needs of the Międzylesie Specialist Hospital in Warsaw.

2. The item of the order has been divided into 22 task forces, in the quantities and assortment shown in the Price Forms forming integral parts of this SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party reserves the right, and the Contractor agrees to place orders without restrictions, under this contract, as well as the right to adjust the ordered quantities down or up in the event of circumstances that the Ordering Party could not foresee, with the proviso that the minimum value of the entire order will be not less than 30%.

4. The offer may apply to all or selected tasks. Submission of partial tenders within individual tasks shall not be permitted.

5. The Awarding Entity does not allow submitting variants.

6. The execution of the contract will take place for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract with the Contractor.
