Purchase, rental and maintenance of work clothing for the Works and Environment Department, the Parking Department, the Cleaning Department and the Public Social Assistance Centre of the City of Ottignies Louvain La Neuve for a period of 48 months from the date of commissioning.

The City and the CPAS of Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve jointly organize the management of the work clothes of different departments. The purpose of this contract is to support the municipal administration in managing the provision of work clothes for the staff of both entities.

This approach includes:

• the supply of work clothes: weekly, the delivery and collection of work clothes on the various sites listed under the heading "place of service" in these special specifications.

• maintenance of work clothes: the clothes will be taken back by the company at each site, washed and repaired by the service provider and on its premises.

• the provision of storage cabinets: these work clothes will be placed by the service provider in secure cabinets and installed on the sites listed in these special specifications. These cabinets remain the property of the service provider and removed at the end of the contract.
