The listed building is located on the property at Karl Liebknecht Straße 56 in Gera

Eastern School. This will be extensively renovated and rebuilt.

In this context, painting work takes place on all floors of the building.

The following rough quantities should be carried out:

- 750 sqm protective cover for windows and doors,

- wash 5 200 square meters of old wall surfaces,

- Touch up 2,000 square meters of old wall surfaces (filler 30%),

- Touch up 4,000 square meters of old wall surfaces (filler 15%),

- Insulate 600 square meters of penetrating surfaces,

- Remove 1,200 square meters of oil coating (plaster),

- 8 500 square meters of primer plaster inner wall,

- 8,500 square meters of surface preparation, brushed fleece,

- 8 500 square meters of color coating plaster interior wall,

- 2,000 square meters of color coating inside plasterboard wall,

- 5,000 sqm Tiefengrund ceiling (plasterboard, acoustic perforation),

- 5,000 square meters of color coating on the ceiling (plasterboard, acoustic perforation).
