The contractor for the contract to be awarded shall undertake an assessment of the strategic orientation of CBK and make an assessment of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks ("SWOT analysis") of CBK's business model. The goal is the open-ended review and assessment of participation and the derivation of strategic recommendations for investment management.
