Delivery and ready-to-use installation of a complete district heating distribution network

Delivery and installation of complete ready-to-use, underground district heating pipes in the plastic casing pipe system, including building entrances with initial shut-offs (pre-insulated pipelines including all fittings and connectors, fittings as well as support material, post-insulation of all connection points) with the associated civil engineering work, primarily within the Unterföhring municipal area in some cases in a narrow sectoral location. Documentation, execution and quality assurance according to AGFW-FW 401. Civil engineering and road works according to the general conditions of the road construction authorities, the local civil engineering office as well as all additional contractual conditions and guidelines (ZTV). Including all ancillary works, e.g. relocation of supply and disposal lines, demolition and restoration of surface pavements, obtaining traffic permits including signage. Commissioning as an EP agreement. The processing of smaller, short-term call-offs (house connections, etc.) is required. With the district heating network, empty conduits (microducts) for a fiber optic network have to be laid.

Extent of the work:

- approx. 1,900 metres of district heating distribution pipeline

- approx. 700 m of house connection lines starting from the distribution line to be built

- about 86 additional house connections with about 1400 meters of house connection lines in the existing district heating network of the Unterföhring municipal area.

- In each case with the parallel microducts of the fiber optic network.

- Approximately 1150 m² of additional road rehabilitation

- About 25 head holes for renovation work
