Lot 1 (central zone): EUR 2 677 000,00 of which EUR 77 000,00 as interference safety charges. Therefore, the downward amount of lot 1 works is EUR 2 600 000,00.

For each lot ABC estimated EUR 997 700,00, plus VAT, as sums available to the contracting station, better detailed in the tender proceedings.

Procurement works will have an estimated duration of 24 months from their delivery, which will be formalized in accordance with the procedures laid down in the special contract specifications.

In the light of the estimates of needs made by the company for this specific contract, it is expected that the aforementioned estimated duration of the framework agreement contract may be subject to change, since it is subject to complete erosion of the contractual amount established and any changes made by the holding, for its sole discretion, both increasing and decreasing, according to the limits of law without the company being able to draw any reason for further compensation.
