The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its annexes.

The estimates of the procurement volumes presented in the invitation to tender shall not bind the contracting entity to any specific procurement quantity.

Based on the contract, the contracting entity is not obliged to procure any products or services under the contract from the supplier. In addition, the supplier does not acquire the exclusive right to supply the contracting entity with the products or services that are the subject of the procurement.
