This consultation is launched according to the procedure of the call for tenders opened in application of articles 25, 66, 67 and 68 of the decree nº 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets.

The purpose of the consultation is: the following services:

- maintenance, preventive and curative, and maintenance of permanent measurement sites, existing or installed during the execution of this contract, including:

- hydraulic sites located in sanitation and rainwater networks (height, speed, flow),

- rainfall sites,

- sites for H2S and / or CH4 measurements in sewerage networks and in the atmosphere,

- the acquisition, control and validation of the data, carried out daily, including:

- acquisition of data by remote transmission of flow measurement stations, rain gauges and H2S sensors,

- the control of the proper functioning of these measuring stations,

- the validation of all the measures.

The services will be subject to a framework agreement with purchase orders pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts.

The framework agreement is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and a maximum value.

The minimum and maximum amounts for each period are:

Minimum charge: 100 000,00 EUR,

Maximum amount HT: 600 000,00 EUR.

The market has grown into a group of orders.

Nice Côte d'Azur metropolis and the Symisca.

The coordinator is the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis.

The execution period of the framework agreement with purchase orders runs from the date of its notification.

The initial duration is 1 year.
