1. The subject of the contract is the provision of physical and technical protection services at the facilities of MOSiR "Bystrzyca" in Lublin Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
2. A detailed description is included in the Offer Estimate and the Description of the subject of the contract, which are respectively Annex. No. 1A. and Annex. No. 2 to SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party requires that activities directly related to the implementation of the subject of the contract be performed by persons employed under an employment contract based on Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1976 – (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510), excluding mass events and intervention groups, where the Ordering Party allows other forms of employment. A detailed scope of activities is included in the Annex. No. 2 to SWZ.
The subject of the contract is the provision of physical and technical protection services on the premises of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center "Bystrzyca" in Lublin Limited Liability Company in the following scope:
A) monitoring the burglary and robbery signal along with an intervention patrol in the Administrative and Office Building, the so-called "Berlin" in Lublin at 44 Filaretów Street.
B) Physical protection and supervision of property of Globus MOSiR "Bystrzyca" Facilities in Lublin. Protection of the facility and supervision of the property of the multifunctional sports and entertainment hall in Lublin at Kazimierza Wielki Street, operation of the monitoring system during mass events, services of security and information services during mass events.
C) Physical and technical protection and supervision of property of Sports and Recreation Facilities located in the area of Zygmuntowskie, Lubelskiego Lipca 80, Piłsudskiego, Leszczyńskiego 19, Łabędzia streets, operation of the monitoring system during mass events at the Municipal Football and Speedway Stadium; monitoring of the burglary and robbery signal together with an intervention patrol;
D) Technical protection and supervision of property of Sports and Recreation Facilities Zalew - Centrum "Słoneczny Wrotków" monitoring of burglary and robbery signal along with intervention patrol swimming pools, rental and parking at Osmolicka Street;
E) Physical protection and supervision of the property of the Arena Lublin Stadium at 1 Stadionowa Street and the Commercial Exchange at 5 Kresowa Street in Lublin
F) Protection of mass events - services of law enforcement and information services during mass events; operation of the monitoring system during mass events; readiness to prepare plans to secure the event / documentation of the mass event, including submitting all documentation to the appropriate services and providing the security manager at the Arena Lublin Stadium.
