Through this European public tender, Stichting Quantum Delta NL wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the execution of the work with regard to the administrative handling of hiring, the recruitment, (pre)selection of candidates and support in minimizing employment law risks related to hiring.

All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a Registration.

The need for external hiring is inherently dynamic. It is expected that this will involve the hiring of approximately 20-30 people during the term of the Agreement. These are both full- and part-time positions and do not include candidates who come from government agencies.

At the start of the Agreement, at least approximately 10 current employees must be transferred to the Contractor. This concerns approximately 7 FTE based on a 40-hour working week.

Every year it will involve the hiring of approximately 10-15 people. The scope of the Assignment is estimated between € 800,000 and € 1,200,000 (excluding VAT) per year. Total (including any extensions) concerns the scope of the Agreement over the entire term between € 4,800,000 and € 7,200,000 (excluding VAT).

The size is only intended as an indication. The Contractor can in no way derive any rights from this. The Contracting Authority has no purchase obligation and does not provide a turnover guarantee.
