1. The subject of the contract is the Reconstruction of roads and sidewalks with accompanying infrastructure in part of Piłsudskiego, Matejki, Krakowska and Sobieskiego Square in Bytom, for which the Ordering Party has provided two separate scopes, i.e. scope 1.1 – MZDiM, scope 1.2 – BPK:
1.1 design and execution of reconstruction of the road system with rainwater drainage along the national road DK 94 (Piłsudskiego Street) on the section from the intersection with Matejki Street to the intersection with Chrobrego Street along with the reconstruction of these intersections. Additional. the scope of the road development includes the reconstruction of Matejki Street on the section from the intersection with Piłsudskiego Street to Szkolna Street
1.2 design and execution of the construction of water supply networks and connections as well as sanitary sewage in the road lane of Piłsudskiego Street – Matejki Street in Bytom as part of the task entitled: "Construction of water supply networks and connections and sanitary sewage in the road lane of Piłsudskiego Street – Matejki Street in Bytom
The above scopes will be the subject of separate agreements.

The above scopes will be the subject of separate agreements.
2. Reconstruction of the road system of the above-mentioned sections includes in particular:
2.1 Piłsudskiego Street (length 459.0 m)
- replacement of the full structure of the KR-5 roadway with a surface made of mineral-asphalt mixture SMA
- separation of two-sided pavements with a concrete cube surface with incorporation
old-use elements, i.e. stone cubes, stone curbs
- separation of a one-sided two-way bicycle road from the side of the buildings with
transition to a pedestrian-bicycle route with a surface made of mineral-asphalt mixture
- separation of parking spaces (parking lane) from the side of buildings with a surface with
mineral-asphalt mixture SMA
- reconstruction of traffic signals along with correction of programs
- reconstruction of street lighting (replacement of poles)
2.2 Matejki Street (length 154.0 m)
- replacement of the full structure of the KR-4 roadway with a surface made of mineral-asphalt mixture SMA
- separation of two-sided pavements with a concrete cube surface with incorporation
old-use elements, i.e. stone cubes, stone curbs
2.3 Sobieskiego Square (area approx. 6 000,0 m2)
- restoration of the surface from 9/11 stone cube (recycled cube) with grouting on
resin-based
- execution of elements of greenery and small architecture
3. The Contractor shall be obliged to secure or postpone the conflicting underground networks.
4. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the design and construction part.
