Purchase and delivery of computer and multimedia equipment together with software and its installation and assembly for investment task,, Construction of a school and kindergarten assembly at Anny German Street”

1.Purchase and delivery of equipment in accordance with the annexed Board No. III The statement of multimedia equipment to the establishments indicated by the Ordering Party, i.e. primary school no. 396 and kindergarten no. 446 at Anny German 5 and 5A Street in Warsaw, in the form of partial deliveries or one-time delivery for Approximately 800 students and 150 preschoolers and a group of pedagogics.

2.The erection, installation and placement of equipment in the premises of the facility in accordance with the annexed design of the following “Design of room equipment” of 13.04.2021 or instructions of the Contracting Authority.

It is advisable to perform the above activities from 8.00 to 16.00 from Monday to Friday, and on other days or hours only with the knowledge and prior consent of the Ordering Party.

3.Implementation of all connectors to the network and electrical installation of components of equipment requiring connection, without additional remuneration.

4.Launch (uploading software and demonstrating proper operation).

5.Delivery of all necessary cable and connection wires together with

necessary covers.

6.Submission of manufacturers' warranties and instructions for the operation of the equipment and the basic first start, switching, etc.

7.Carrying out the instruction of school and kindergarten staff in the field of equipment handling.

8.Removal from the building and disposal of any packaging in which equipment and equipment has been imported, in accordance with the requirements of environmental regulations.

9.Protocol transfer of equipment, equipment and appliances together with the accompanying list.

10.Submission to the Contracting Authority of cost-free documentation relating to equipment, equipment, including a set of originals or certified for compliance with the original copies of certificates and certificates.

11.Provide warranty service under the terms set out in the Agreement.
