The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the management of municipal waste collected as part of the services provided by the Contracting Entity, including the management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, selectively collected waste and waste collected from the cleaning of streets and squares.

Total estimated mass of waste intended for development:

1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 in the amount up to 650 Mg,

2) municipal waste collected selectively in the amount of up to 309 Mg,

3) municipal waste collected from cleaning streets and squares in the amount of up to 1000 Mg.

The Contractor shall be obliged to use the following fractions of municipal waste:

- 20 03 01 - Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste

- 20 01 99 - Other fractions not mentioned separately collected

- 20 03 07 - Bulky waste

- 15 01 01 - Paper and paperboard packaging

- 15 01 07 - Glass packaging

- 16 01 03 - Worn tyres

- 17 01 01 - Concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolitions and renovations

- 17 01 02 - Brick rubble

- 17 01 07 - Mixed waste of concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramics and equipment other than those mentioned in 17 01 06

- 20 03 03 - Waste from street and square cleaning

- 20 03 99 - Municipal waste not otherwise specified
