Two new halls will be constructed in Edda Cinema Centre, Haugesund Municipality, called Edda6 and Edda7.

The contest is for cinema seats and technical cinema equipment for Edda Cinema. The contest is split into two groups: The halls must have a high quality and good comfort. In addition an upgrade is planned for the seating comfort in Edda 1, with new seats and a partial change to the amphitheater.

The project systems and screens will not be procured here, as Edda Cinema in Haugesund is in the KinoNor group, for which a tender contest was previously held. The cinema is, thus, bound to procure projectors, playing servers, screens and associated equipment from the winer of this tender contest. These items do not, therefore, come under this contest. The contest includes, however, all other technical cinema equipment with assembly for Edda6 and Edda7.

The estimated value of the assignment is between NOK 5,700,000 - NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders cannot be submitted within each individual group, nor alternative tenders. Group division: Group 1: Cinema seats (estimated value approx. NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT, including options). Group 2: Technical cinema equipment (estimated value approx. NOK 1,900,000 excluding VAT, including options).

The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1 tenderer per group.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer is familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
