To support the research activities of APC Microbiome Ireland, we are inviting tenders for supply, delivery,installation and comissioning of an Ultra-high parameter tissue and cell-profiling system, an instrument capable of analysing the expression of >40 proteins in both tissue slices and cells in suspension. The proposed system should be capable of analysing a wide selection of proteins from human and non-human sources, with both extracellular and intracellular targets available for analysis. In addition, the quantification of novel or custom proteins should be possible through in-built compatibility with probes and reagents offered by 3rd party vendors.

The ideal instrument possesses significant automation capabilities and can process samples in a high throughput fashion. User friendliness is also desirable, with the desired instrument having both interoperability with standard data formats to facilitate custom data analysis pipelines and possessing instrument-specific software for data analysis at point of acquisition.
