The procurement concerns cleaning and maintenance of ÅVSer within the geographical area of the procured authorities. The contractor's mission will be to optimize the cleaning frequency and plan routes that provide cost-effective cleaning occasions with the least possible climate impact. The contractor must divide their invoicing so that they invoice the right municipality/company based on their impact on the assignment.
Please note that the ÅVSs located inside UM's recycling centers will be cleaned by UM and that the number of ÅVSs may change both until the start of the contract and during the contract period. The tenderer has a duty to investigate. This means that it is the responsibility of the tenderer to check the conditions prevailing at specified ÅVSer prior to the submission of the tender.
The procurement concerns a framework agreement for sanitation at ÅVS. The assignment includes, among other things, cleaning around and overseeing collection containers, care of the area around the containers and removal of dumps.
Extent
The procurement concerns cleaning and maintenance of ÅVSer within the geographical area of the procured authorities, as set out in section 1.4 Contracting authorities below. The assignment includes cleaning, hand shoveling, anti-slip, replacement of decals and maintenance in the form of trimming/removal of bushes and brushwood.
The ÅVSs included in the assignment at the time of the procurement, their location and the number of cleaning occasions performed in 2022 are shown in the seven (7) attached statistical files Cleaning occasions (current municipality) 2022. However, collection and transport of packaging waste and waste paper from ÅVSer will be carried out by another contractor.
Estimated volume
The framework agreement's annual estimated volume of cleaning sessions amounts to approximately 11,000 in UM's geographical area. The volume varies from year to year and UM does not undertake to call off estimated volumes.
