The 2-field sports hall of the city of Bramsche in the Schleptrup district, built in 1986, was completely destroyed by a fire in 2022. The remaining building residues have been removed and the property is freed up for new development of the same type and quality.

For this project, an architect is sought to implement the object planning and commissioned with the planning services of the HOAI service profile object planning buildings in service phases 1 to 9.

The subject matter of the contract tendered here is the object planning services required for the implementation of the project for the scope of services for object planning buildings in accordance with Part 3 Section 1 of the HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 to the HOAI in service phases 1 to 9. A step-by-step commissioning is planned (commissioning level 1: phases 1-3). The other service phases are to be commissioned optionally (gradually) later.
