Therefore, to protect the employment level of the personnel employed, the agreement signed on 30 May 2016 between the trade unions of companies performing telecommunications services is applied, independently from the CCNL of the subcontractor, from which it follows that the subcontractor, in the execution of the services, will have to ensure the employment continuity of the personnel employed by the outgoing contractor.
The competitor will be obliged to declare the aforementioned commitment during participation in the competition and as a condition of participation in the same, under penalty of the non-eligibility of the offer.
